Charlie Cardillo, deputy executive director of the Harvard Alumni Association, welcomes the speakers participating in today's program. Today's speakers will include Susan Zeiger, associate professor of history at Regis College; Louise Richardson, executive dean of the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study and senior lecturer of government in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences; and Nancy F. Cott, the Jonathan Trumbull Professor of American History and the Carl and Lily Pforzheimer Foundation Director of the Arthur and Elizabeth Schlesinger Library on the History of Women in America. The program will be introduced by Drew Gilpin Faust, dean of the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study and the Lincoln Professor of History in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
