The Office for the Arts at Harvard and Radcliffe presents Who’s That Banging on the Piano? This video is a 1979 documentary that depicts why and how the Council for the Arts at Harvard and Radcliffe originated and also looks at the Learning from Performance program. The video features student performances and interviews with students, former Harvard President Derek Bok, former Radcliffe President Matina S. Horner, founding director of OFA Myra Mayman, OFA dance pioneers Claire Mallardi and Takako Asakawa, legendary actors Jessica Tandy and Hume Cronyn, and jazz musician John Lewis.
