Portions of this video segment were captured during Professor
Herschbach's 1995 Science Center Lecture on Franklin.
In an interview with John Rosenberg, editor of Harvard Magazine, Professor
Herscbach reflects on the contributions of Benjamin Franklin.
The Science Center Research Lecture Series began in 1973, and is an
opportunity for faculty members at Harvard to present their scientific
research in terms accessible to a non-professional audience. Almost
150 faculty have shared their research findings, opening a window on
science to students, faculty, staff, and members of the community.
