Question: All of you touched on the degradation of the Olympics and I'm really hopeful because people like you have the ideal of what the Olympics is supposed to be about. My question for you then is when you talk to younger athletes, what is the message you pass on about what the Olympics is supposed to be about?
Question: There's an idea that the winner of a gold medal ought to be the best athlete in that sport at the time. In tennis, Jennifer Capriati has a gold medal and great as she is, she probably wasn't the best player in the world at the time she won it. So as I see it, if you don't have professionals you have conflict since the best players might not want to give up financial opportunities to come to the games. What's your take on that conflict?
Question: Do you have optimism around the journalistic coverage of the Olympics? I'm stunned by the cynicism. In the pre-Athens games there was such negative press that it took a toll on the whole event. There seem to be so many inspirational stories that aren't the focus, and so many others that are just missing. Do you have any optimism that there could be any more balanced, optimistic overage?
Question: What about life immediately after the Olympic experience? The divorce rate within a year after an NFL athlete retires is 50%. Is there a similar danger of a crash landing after an Olympic experience and how do you adjust?
