Dr. Kenneth L. Minaker is Chief of the Geriatric Medicine Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital and Associate Professor
of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Minaker reports on the aging body, and addresses some of the myths and realities associated with aging. Debasing such
myths as "old people are all the same" and "once you're old, there is little benefit of treatment," Dr. Minaker states, "in actual fact,
the benefits of most theriapies...are greater or more efficient in the elderly population."
