Question: In the United States you've mentioned that the medicines have poisonous effects, some of which are good and some of which are bad, and they've all been tested very extensively. There are other more natural medicines that may be used in other countries, and as a patient, I sometimes get confronted with the choice between a medicine that's prescribed here and a medicine that may do a similar thing that has not been tested. How do we choose? This question comes from my own experience with heart problems....

Question: My question comes from the fact that we have very serious side effects to some of the medicines that we are getting from doctors here. We may have good results and questions about whether there are any side effects because they haven't been tested abroad. From my point of view, I may end up taking a medicine or a natural product that may not be tested because I know there are some serious side effects to the other. As a consumer, I am in a real quandary.
