Question: I'm from the class of '62, Harvard Business School, and I started the CVS stores on May 9th 1963. I still do some advising with them. This is an extremely difficult area, this area of supplements. The DeShay or Dietary Health Education Act that was passed has left a total hole, so that any kinds of products can get on the shelves. When the guy died from the Ephedra, the pitcher, if he did die from it, CVS just took $29 million worth of goods and just threw them off the shelves. But that's not a solution. The FDA do have the power to step in, if they wanted to step in. Once again, what I see is that good government and good politics have abandoned the health care system. This is just one place they've done it. They've done it in other places, too.
