Drug Enforcement




• Removing the issue of Certification from the agenda.

• Deal with the U.S. on drug enforcement issues in a much more rational/orderly manner. The two governments need to collaborate in a joint review of their agencies and identify how to better share resources and information.

• De-narcotize the relationship between the U.S. and Mexico.
